What began as a winery is now a place where you arrive and love to stay. 104 rooms, a restaurant serving our own wines, a spa with vineyard views, and spaces for those who want to work productively and eat well. We look forward to welcoming you.
Pool with Vineyard Views
Spa open daily 7 am to 9 pm
The moment you step into the spa, everything goes quiet. No schedule, no rush. Just warm water, sauna sessions, and views over the vineyards. Up here, you'll feel the everyday noise fade away.
From 1 pm, drinks and cocktails are served right at the pool. If you like, end the evening in your bathrobe. A glass of Silvaner, feet up, while the sun slowly sets behind the vines. Open daily from 7 am to 9 pm.
Productive at the Winery
Conferences & Events
Work productively during the day, then unwind with a wine tasting in the evening. Seven rooms for up to 186 guests, from workshops to conferences. The rooms can be combined, and projectors, screens, and Wi-Fi are included. In between: pool, sauna, and Franconian cuisine at Restaurant 1917.

Restaurant 1917
Franconian, regional, seasonal
The restaurant carries the founding year in its name. Franconian dishes a la carte, prepared with produce from local farmers and artisans.
Breakfast is served weekdays from 7 to 10 am, weekends until half past ten. The kitchen is open for lunch from noon to 5 pm and for dinner from 6 pm. Every wine on the menu comes from Weingut Römmert, straight from the cellar beneath your feet.
Franconian Wine on Site
Weingut Römmert
Weingut Römmert is renowned for its Silvaner. The range also includes Muller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Spatburgunder and other varieties. The limestone soils of the Main Loop give the wines their distinctive Franconian character.
In the wine shop you can taste your way through the collection. Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday 11 am to 7 pm, Sunday 9 am to 4 pm. Join a cellar tour to experience how grapes become wine. Classic tastings start at 18 euros per person. For something more adventurous: every Friday at 7:30 pm there's a crime mystery wine tasting.
