Conference rooms are everywhere. But how many are situated in the middle of vineyards? At Hotel Weingut Römmert you hold meetings with views over the Mainschleife. After the meeting you won't find concrete corridors, but the terrace with a glass of Silvaner.

8 rooms for every occasion

From board meetings to large events: The eight conference rooms can be used flexibly and combined.

The Volkach rooms (1, 2 and 3) form the centerpiece. Individually or combined they offer space for up to 186 people in a theatre layout.

The club room with 34 m² is suitable for creative sessions in a small group.

Fahr, Gaibach and Obervolkach are the boardrooms for up to 12 people.

Conference packages

The "Silvaner" package covers a half day: room, technical equipment, drinks, one coffee break and lunch. From €80 per person.

For full days we recommend the "Schwarzriesling" package: two coffee breaks, lunch and conference drinks. From €89 per person.

For multi-day events your participants stay in the rooms with vineyard view.

The supporting program makes the difference

Wine tasting in the cellar: The cellar master guides you through the history of the winery.
